DEPOSIT REFUNDS
REQUEST FOR UTILITY DEPOSIT REFUND
If you have paid your water, sewer, and/or garbage bill in full and on time for the last 12 consecutive months, you are entitled to a full refund of your utility deposit. *If you believe you are eligible, please come by City Hall and fill out a request form or you may also download the form below and mail it to us. You can opt to have the deposit applied towards your account or have a check mailed to you (Please allow up to three weeks to receive your check). However, if you fail to make any two payments during any consecutive 12-month period after your deposit is returned, you may be required to pay a deposit again, which may be more than your original deposit.
*Eligibility is based on the 12-month period immediately preceeding the date the Utility Office receives the completed form.
