EMERGENCY SERVICES


Water and sewer crews are available to respond to customer calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, please contact either the Public Works Department at 361-776-7315 or the Utilities Business Office at 361-776-2517. After normal work hours, weekends or holidays, please contact the Ingleside Police Department at 361-776-2531.

The water and sewer crews will respond to the following, as well as non-emergency water or sewer services:

  • No water service

  • Water line breaks

  • Stopped up sewer lines

  • Leak at the water meter

  • Fire hydrant leak

  • Clean meter box

  • Clogged storm water drain

  • Conduct meter flow test

  • Other water problems
