Waste Water

The Ingleside Wastewater Department is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of one wastewater treatment plant, sixteen wastewater lift stations and the sewer lines that serve the City of Ingleside.

This includes in-house laboratory testing seven days a week and collection and delivery of samples to outside laboratory twice weekly as well as submitting monthly reports to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The primary wastewater treatment plant has the capacity to treat 1.2 million gallons per day. The facility treats over 300 million gallons of wastewater each year with the highest standards for our wastewater effluent to insure that the water exiting our plants is of the highest quality.
