Jim Gray 
Jim began his Municipal Career in 1986 working for the City of Denton, Texas Engineering Department for seven years. During this time Jim went back to the University of North Texas and completed his Master of Public Administration Degree. After completing his MPA, Jim took the Director of Public Works position for the City of Gainesville, Texas. While continuing in the public sector he moved to South Texas in 2005 taking the Director of Public Works position for the City of Alamo Heights in San Antonio. In 2007 Jim began his City Manager career with the City of Ingleside, Texas.
Upon his arrival in Ingleside Jim stated, “I am pleased to be in the City of Ingleside during a unique era for the City. The City is poised for a major community change when the Naval Station Ingleside property reverts back to the Port of Corpus Christi and becomes a new economic development opportunity for the City. The City also has a significant Planned Unit Development, Live Oak Preserve, underway which will include 2300 living units, a Bobby Weed Golf Course, Towne Center and Wellness Center. These opportunities and the strong sense of family atmosphere make Ingleside, Texas an exciting place to be."
