Important Note

Payment of fines/costs/fees constitutes a plea of no contest and waiver of a jury trial, which results in a conviction if you have not entered a plea of not guilty and requested a trial date. If you are unable to pay your citations in full, contact the court for other possible arrangements such as a possible payment plan or community service.

Current Payment Options

  • Pay in person at the Municipal Court during normal business hours
    Normal Business Hours:
    Monday through Friday
    9 am to noon
    1 pm to 4 pm
  • Pay by phone with a credit/debit card by calling 361-336-2786
    (Payment must be made in full);
  • Pay online with a credit/debit card by visiting the Ingleside Municipal Court Online Payments page.
    (Partial payments accepted as long as prior arrangements have been made with the court);
  • Pay after hours using the drop box located outside the Municipal Court building using a money order or a cashier's check (No cash please)

    (Write your citation number on the memo portion of the money order or cashier's check)
  • Pay by mail with a money order or cashier's check
