Any individual wishing to have an item placed on the agenda shall submit a written request to the city manager and/or the Mayor and Council. Such written request, as a minimum, shall:
- Set forth the precise nature of the issue
- Set forth the remedy sought
- Indicate what, if any, administrative steps have been undertaken to resolve the matter
- Such further information as the City Manager shall deem pertinent
Any individual wishing to be on the agenda will be mailed an agenda or otherwise notified.
